Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online articles and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars).
